In 2002, the following three (3) principles became rooted in my spirit.  I've lived by them - incorporating them into my life.  These three (3) principles are what I built Lake Martin Internet on and has evolved to our company today - Patterson Technology Services.

 Approach:  Managing services as a system, developing and creating process thinking - including the customer to ensure that all choices and decisions are entered into as planned, informed and controlled movements.
